These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CraftPBR (the "Service") — a browser-based tool for generating physically-based rendering (PBR) materials. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
CraftPBR lets you generate PBR material map sets from a text prompt or a reference image, preview them in 3D, and export them for use in game engines and 3D software. Generation is performed by third-party AI providers on our behalf.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Publishing to the Community library requires a verified email address. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
3. Community publishing & the Free plan
Free-plan materials are public. If you are on the Free plan, every material you generate and save is automatically published to the public CraftPBR Community library, where anyone can view, download, and remix it.
To keep materials private, you must upgrade to a paid (Pro) plan. Do not generate materials on the Free plan that you are not willing to share publicly.
This automatic publishing is a core part of how the Free plan works — it is what keeps the tool free and grows a shared library for the community. When you save a material on the Free plan you grant CraftPBR and other users a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to host, display, download, use, modify, and redistribute that material, including for commercial purposes (a CC0-style public-domain dedication). You cannot retroactively "unshare" copies that others have already downloaded.
Paid (Pro) accounts may instead choose to keep a material private; private materials are not listed in the Community library and are not licensed to other users.
4. Your content & responsibilities
You are responsible for the prompts and reference images you submit. You must not submit content that infringes someone else's rights, is unlawful, or that you do not have the right to use. You retain ownership of materials you generate, subject to the Community license described above for Free-plan materials.
5. Acceptable use
Do not abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the Service's quotas or security; do not use it to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; and do not resell access to the generation pipeline. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Plans, credits & billing
The Free plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Paid plans offer additional credits, higher resolutions, private materials, and a commercial license. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Paid features and prices may change; we will give notice of material changes.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated materials may contain artifacts or inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraftPBR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
